The main Hungarian appointment of TELMI project will be held on 20th September 2007 in Budapest. This
will be a technical conference with the participation of potencial Hungarian partners.
The conference is about deepening the co-operation between economic actors regional and local
authorities, labour market centres, training centres, universities and colleges, category association
and private companies with the help of Italian Lead partner, and the partners TXT and INNET. In the
frame of this conference the Italian participants from TXT and INNET will held a presentation about the
ICT Job matching tool forecast by the project. So the participants of the conference can broaden their
knowledge about technical operation and improvements in connection with TELMI.
Participants will be asked to sign a collaboration agreement, a declaration of their intent to take part
in the Hungarian net of the TELMI.
In the meanwhile it will be held the course for the persons which will be the Hungarian system-
administrators ( one from BKIK and two from CCIU).
During the conference there will be presentations about other topics connected with Hungarian labour
market, European regional cooperation, and other EU projects.

After this conference we will be able to determine the main problems and actions, which still miss to
the full success of TELMI’s project. During the Steering committee that will take place on 3rd of
October in Sofia, the main results of the meeting will be presented and there will be a comparaison
and analyse of the results of dissemination of every country concerned.
On July, 2nd 2007 it will be held a Dissemination Conference in Romania, Bucharest. The event is organized by the Romanian partner - "Impreuna" Agency for Community Development”, whose executive director is Gelu Duminica. There will be a presentation of the project TELMI and a demo of the job matching tool developed by the Technological partner TXT. A system that will allow job agencies to collect at national level CVs and Vacancies, supported by tools that will help localising the system and adapt their classification to BorsaLavoroLombardia model.
Agenda Meeting [112640 Byte] The 29th and 30th March 2007 will be held a Dissemination Conference in Bulgaria, Sofia. The event is organized by the Bulgarian partner - Association of Small and Medium Business - Region Sofia, whose President is Eleonora Negulova. Thematic sessions and transferability workshops will be organized in the frame of the event.

The event is organized by the Hungarian partner -Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry-
The main issues that will be discussed are the presentations of the project outputs:
WP1: "Research analysis of the employment growth and trends in the target countries regions"¯;
WP2.1: "Benchmarking and best practices identification"¯;
WP2.3: "The existing structures in the partner's regions and the feasibility study"¯;
WP3.1: "Networking and awareness raising activities"¯.
The Steering Committee must validate the outputs and the deliverables of the project and decide the future strategy of the implementation of the job matching model in the partners' countries.
The Dissemination Conference will take place the 15th 16th November 2006 in the Warsaw University College of Technology and Business of Warsaw.
It is a technical meeting among the following partners: Arl, Txt, Innet and Poland University.

The event is organized by the Poland partner - Warsaw University College of Technology and Business - and by the Lead Partner, Agenzia Regionale per il Lavoro, Lombardy Region, Italy.
Representatives of public administrations, operators of PES, employment organizations will participate to the event.
The INTERREG III B CADSES Neighbourhood Programme organizes its 2nd Annual Conference together with a Project Exhibition which takes place in Leipzig on 23-25 October 2006. The euregia 2006 with its focus on strengthening European territorial cooperation provides an excellent opportunity for INTERREG Programmes to present the achievements and work that is currently being carried out by their projects, including a link to the next programming period (2007-2013).
The Kick-off Meeting is the first meeting with the project team members to discuss the project and the work that will be completed. This meeting introduces the members of the project team and provides the opportunity to discuss the role of each team member in the project work. Other base elements in the project that have been discussed were: Project Work Packages List, Schedule, Communication Plan, Project administration.
The Lead Partner Seminar for the 41 approved projects of the 4th call took place in Thessaloniki on 22 May 2006. The seminar has been attended by more than 80 representatives of the new projects and was focused on the typical problems that arise in the day-to-day management of the projects.
